U.S. Navy Directive 16134

This has been going around as a "true" directive to troops in Iraq (the guy who sent it to me said it was "obviously directed at the Marines"), but the only copies I have found were posted on joke sites. Urban legend: definitely. True? Remains to be seen!

1. All commanders promulgate upon receipt.

2. The following T-shirts are no longer to be worn on or off base by any military or civilian personnel serving in the Middle East:
