Safety Last: Forklifts
The following series of photos (to be posted here over the next week or so) are illustrations of how not to be safe. They are all, as I recall, from the U.S. Navy's Naval Safety Center, which publishes a telling "Photo of the Week". What follows are The Best of the Best.
What do you do when your forklift can't reach high enough? Get another forklift, of course. But this isn't what that suggestion means....
