Liberals and Conservatives Tell a Joke

Quite a few of the jokes posted here come from my friends. I'm very inclusive: while politically very middle-of-the-road myself, I have friends who are right-wing arch-conservatives, and friends who are left-wing arch-liberals.

I swear this is exactly how this happened: A very conservative friend sent me this joke first, and I threw it in the queue for posting "sometime". But then several weeks later, I got it again -- from my a very liberal friend. I noticed there were some subtle (ahem) differences in the setup.

For the Record...

Albert Gore, Jr., was indeed born in March 1948 -- in Washington, D.C. But Hillary Rodham Clinton was born in October 1947, John Kerry was born in December 1943, Bill Clinton was born in August 1946, Howard Dean was born in November 1948, Nancy Pelosi was born in March 1940, Dianne Feinstein was born in June 1933, Chuck Schumer was born in November 1950, and Barbara Boxer was born in November 1940.

"W" was born in July 1946, John McCain was born in August 1936, Dick Cheney in January 1941, Condoleezza Rice was born in November 1954, and Donald Trump was born in June 1946.

So the liberals really have to stretch to find someone to include (Trump?!), but at least they can count to five. But it seems neither can count to nine, however: nine months from July is April, not March.
