Country: Iran
Penalty: 10 years of hard labor, followed by caning, followed by deportation
Country: North Korea
Penalty: 12 years of hard labor (unless you're pretty and can get Bill Clinton to come get you)
Country: United States
Penalty: Driver's license, welfare, and free health care
