I Think They Were Framed

I dunno, but I think these kids were framed -- probably by daddy:

(For the visually impaired, the photo -- taken through a house's upstairs window -- shows two little boys gleefully holding up pieces of chalk. Written in chalk on the sidewalk in front of them, in decidedly non-childlike writing, is "MOMMY HAS A BIG FAT ASS". I think maybe the kids were framed!)
