A Rabbit for Easter

The joke I've seen before, but it's timely. An old NASA friend sent it around to a group of former co-workers, and the reply from one of them (attached at the end) really sent this over the top.

A precious little girl walks into a pet shop the day before Easter and asks, "Excuthe me, thir, do you have any widdle bunny wabbits?"

The shopkeeper's heart melts. He gets down on his knee so that he's on her level, and says, "Do you want a widdle white wabbit or a thoft, fuffy bwack wabbit, or one like that widdle bwown wabbit over there?"

The little girl blushes, rocks on her heels, puts her hands on her knees, leans forward and replies, "I don't weally fink my pyfon gives a thit."

So in response to this, one of the others in the small e-group replies, "Some time back I had an Easter brunch at my house for other choir members. In addition to the usual menu, I also had rabbit. It took a while for the penny to drop, and then I got rather scolded by some...."

Now, I know some of you guys reading this will try this some year. Please be sure to tell me what happens!
